I can coach you one-on-one, either in person or on line, in all aspects of fitness - from basic re-conditioning courses, through to more intense cardio and resistance programmes, all designed around you.
Group sessions are also available, from small groups to classes of 10, with my legendary goldern-era hiphop inspired 'Boom Bap Bootcamp' sessions!

My name is John Joseph Bradley and I am a certified Level 3 Personal Trainer, Nutritional Adviser and Level 4 Lower Back Pain Specialist.
A few short years ago I was a very different person. I was a touch overweight, feeling rudderless, and making poor lifestyle decisions

I decided to employ a personal trainer, and with their help I became aware that I needed to eat better, move better, and choose better.

Once I adopted a more accountable mindset, I realised that I could help others escape from the same situation I had been in. One small step at a time.

Finally started putting the pieces together in my fitness journey, and improved my bench from 60kg in 2017 to 100kg by 2019.
